However manual tools can be purchased as cheap as $30 – $100 that are totally adequate to get the job done. All of these tools are easily available on Amazon and eBay and eBay has listings of the high dollar tools that can be purchased from homeowners who have completed their projects and no longer have use of the tools. There is simply NO REASON you cannot purchased a used tool for your project and relist and sell on eBay and wind up spending anything from $000.00 to a mere fraction of the cost of a new tool.
